A gentle and heartfelt grief support book created by a bereavement counsellor with both professional and personal experience of grief, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, reassurance, and companionship during times of loss.

A Gift for a Grieving Heart” is for adults navigating grief, bereavement, heartbreak, or healing. Whether purchased for yourself or given as a meaningful sympathy gift, this book offers a calm and compassionate space to pause, reflect, and feel supported.

Filled with beautiful illustrations, gentle reflections, and comforting words, this book acknowledges the many emotions grief can bring — helping readers feel less alone while moving through loss at their own pace.

Created with warmth, honesty, and understanding, this book was inspired by the belief that even in grief, small moments of comfort and connection matter.

Matching sympathy cards are also available within my shop, thoughtfully designed to accompany the book and offer gentle words of comfort for someone experiencing loss.

Each book also includes a complimentary keepsake bookmark, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and reflection.

Reflective Endings Cards - What they mean to you!?

copyright 2025 www.yourtimetherapy.uk

I designed these cards to support therapists and clients in exploring the many different kinds of endings we experience in life — including bereavement, divorce, friendships, job changes, moving home, and the ending of therapy, among others.

These cards are intended to gently evoke thoughts and feelings, creating space for reflection, deeper exploration, and meaningful processing. They invite you to slow down, consider your experiences, and support the process of understanding and healing.

Often, endings are not given the time or reflection they deserve. The feelings they create can be carried with us day to day, sometimes shaping how we respond to present situations without us fully realising. When left unprocessed, these experiences can influence our current relationships and reactions, with the past quietly impacting the present.

These cards offer a space to acknowledge, explore, and make sense of endings — supporting greater awareness, emotional processing, and the opportunity to move forward with clarity.

A gentle resource for therapists, clients, and reflective work around endings.

Supervision Reflection Cards are a practical and inspiring resource designed to deepen reflective practice and enrich supervision sessions. Developed by experienced supervisors, they combine therapeutic insight, intuition, and the Seven-Eyed Model into engaging visual prompts that support meaningful exploration.

Organised into four themes — Reflections, Relationships, Empowerment & Growth, and Ethical Considerations — the cards offer both structure and flexibility, helping you tailor your approach to the needs of each session.

Use them intentionally to guide focus, or draw a card at random to open up new perspectives. A versatile tool to support thoughtful, ethical, and authentic supervision conversations. This is a Paragraph Font

Training Courses

5 hours CPD Course: Working with Neurodivergence in the Therapy Room

This training will focus on deepening your understanding and knowledge of how to work with Autistic and ADHD clients in the therapy room.

Press the link below to learn about the course.

One of my roles is a school counsellor in a Primary School. I deliver training for staff on different mental health topics, which helps the teachers to support the children in their classrooms. I have also run parent workshops on different mental health topics to support the parents with their children with issues like low self-esteem, anger, bereavement, neurodivergence, anxiety etc. and also give the parents some psychoeducation on why their children respond in the way they do.

If you are looking for a bespoke training course for a specific mental health or neurodivergent subject then I am able to create and deliver this for you. Please email me to discuss this further.
